The purpose of the project is to build utility units and ancillary services, provide the necessary supplies for process units and office, industrial and residential buildings such as water, electricity, steam, air, nitrogen, etc. The list of utility units required by the plan as determined during feasibility studies will include and not be limited to the following. It is noted that during the phases of conceptual studies or basic engineering, estimates of utility uses, capacity, type, arrangement or layout of their equipment may undergo changes.
